What are the System Requirements?
Peago runs on Windows, Mac, or Linux computers using a modern Web Browser with the Adobe Flash Player 9 or higher installed.
By modern Web Browser we mean Mozilla Firefox 3 or higher, Apple Safari 3 or higher, Google Chrome, and Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 or higher.

Opera is not fully supported at this time but we hope to support it in the near futur.
Microsoft Internet Explorer 6 is not supported, please upgrade or download one of the free browsers mentionned above.

What is Peago's refund policy
Peago is a month-to-month, pay-as-you-go service so we don't provide refunds. You are billed every month for the service. You can cancel the service at any time and you won't be charged again, but you are responsible for whatever charges have already been incurred for the current billing period.

Are there Sign-up fees? Termination fees? Any other hidden fees?
Absolutely not. We don't charge sign-up fees, termination fees, or any additional fees. The price you pay is simply the fixed monthly fee based on the plan you've chosen.

If we upgrade will we be billed twice this month? If we downgrade will we be prorated?
When changing your plan you are billed instantly at your new plan rate. Your billing cycle is then changed to today's date.
You will be refunded the remaining of your current fee for the month at a prorated amount. For exemple if you upgrade to a new plan half way through your billing cycle, you will be charged the full amount of the new plan for the coming month, and refunded half the amount of your previous plan. The prorated amount is approximative, based on 30 days per month, and rounded to the closest dollar.

How do I cancel my Account?
Simply click on the 'Account' button at the bottom right of the screen, or open your web browser to http://account.peago.com . Sign-in to enter your account page and you'll be able to cancel the Subscription of your choice (if you have more than one). Simply follow the instructions on that page.

Do you provide phone support?
We are not able to provide phone support at this time but provide unlimited email support to all our paying customers.

Is it safe to use Peago? Is our data secure?
We take all reasonable precautions to keep your information safe and secure. Peago saves your data on multiple servers in realtime, and each of those servers stores your data on multiple disks for better protection.
Periodic system wide backup are also performed as an additional safety in case of a catastrophy.
Uploaded files are stored on Amazon's S3 web service, which also provides multiple levels of redundancy.
We are confident your data is safe with us, but please note that we do not advertise Peago as a backup system, and we strongly recommend that you always keep your files and data in multiple locations besides Peago.

Can I install Peago on my own server?
We don't offer an installable version of Peago.
But if you are an enterprise customer with special needs, such as special firewall restrictions, we *might* be able to help, please contact us directly at support@peago.com and explain us what you need and we'll be in touch with you shortly.
(please note that those professional services are billed separately and only available to high usage customers. Thank you for your understanding).

How-To

How to invite new users to your workspace?
Under the 'People' tab in the sidebar you should see a 'New Account' button. If you don't see it's because you are not allowed to invite users to this workspace, contact your colleague who setup your account. Click 'New Account' and fill out the fields with the new user's information. Use the buttons at the bottom if you want to allow this user to administer the Workspace's Accounts (add/remove users) and/or Billing information (upgrade/downgrade the workspace's plan). Click the Save icons to create the account. (green round checkbox). To suspend an account, just click the Edit icon (pencil), and toggle the On/Off button.

How to select items?
Hold down the ALT key to select an item. Hold SHIFT to select a range of items. Click outside of a list to deselect all or use the Deselect icon at the top or bottom of the list. Moving a task on the timeline (by dragging from the middle of its timebar) will also move the selected tasks.

How to use keyboard shortcuts?
In most places you can use the ENTER key to save, and ESC to cancel. in the tasks list, pressing ENTER will save the current task and insert a new one underneath. Simply press ESC to cancel it. When the timeline is open, you can quickly insert and schedule a sequence of tasks by using the TAB key: after entering the task name press TAB to schedule it by entering its duration. Pressing TAB again will move the focus to the completion. Press ENTER to save and insert a new one underneath. This next one will be scheduled automatically to start at the end date of the previous one.

How to use the Timeline?
Drag the timeline itself to scroll in any direction.
